PAYMENT: In full by electronic payment transfer before goods will be dispatched.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING: £5.00 per item
DELIVERY TIME: Within 10 working days.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER: Order may be cancelled in writing (email or land mail) within 7 days or receipt of goods. Full refund. Purchasee to pay cost of return postage.
GUARANTEE / AFTER SALES SERVICE: If goods are faulty they may be returned within 30 days from the date they are received. Full refund. Purchasee to pay cost of return postage.
Please Note: Bedlam Boudoir items are individually hand-made. Many different recycled, vintage and reclaimed materials are used in their creation. This means that there may be slight flaws in the fabrics and minor quirks in the designs. These do not constitute faults in our goods as we define them.
The materials used are of mixed fibres and some may be quite antique. Most of our items wash fine at 40 degrees in a washing machine. However, we cannot guarantee that all materials will be colourfast or washing machine durable. You may want to consider dry cleaning / handwashing.
Faulty goods are defined as any in which stitching is not secure or the item is unable to be worn for some reason (e.g. cuffs on a shirt too tight, fabric coming loose).
We guarantee to either repair the faulty item to satisfaction, offer an exchange for goods of the same value, or offer a full refund if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt.
